The present application, under Section 152 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeks correction of a typographical error in the Judgment dated 27.02.2026, wherein, in paragraph 9, the agreement dated 09.06.2025 has inadvertently been mentioned as agreement dated 27.02.2024. 2. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Respondents accepts notice and submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed. 3. This Court has perused the Judgment dated 27.02.2026. Accordingly, the error is rectified, and paragraph 9 of the Judgment dated 27.02.2026 shall now read as under: “9. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that they are ad idem that the disputes between them may be referred to arbitration for adjudication. It is further submitted that, although the agreement dated 09.06.2025 provides for arbitration This is a digitally signed order.
