The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order/letter dated 27.03.2025 and 12/01/2026 issued by the 2 General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhavan, Nawa Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of Deputy Collector with notional effect from the date of eligibility i.e. 01.01.2022 or alternatively from 01.01.2023, with all consequential benefits including fixation of pay, seniority, and pensionary benefits. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh representation before the concerned authorities. 3.
