The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.616 of 2019, pending before the Learned Judge, 2nd Bench, City Civil Court. 2. It appears that the suit is pending for the last 7(seven) years. 3. The suit before the said Court is a suit for partition and other reliefs. 4. Considering the nature and relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 5. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the substituted defendants are not contesting the suit. 2 6. Accordingly, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall proceed with the suit expeditiously and make all endeavour to dispose of the same preferably within 6(six) months from the date of this order. 7.
