HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6863 of 2026 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. Heard Shri Abhiuday Mehrotra, learned counsel for the petitioner. No notice be issued to the private respondents taking into consideration the nature of the order proposed to be passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on an identical set of fact, this Court has passed the following order in Matter U/A 227 No. 2660/2026 vide order dated 26.02.2026:-
"In view of the said fact, the Executing Court is hereby directed to proceed with the Execution Case No. 58 of 2024 and decide the same in the light of the dictum of Hon'ble Apex Court within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. " He prays that similar order may be filed herein also. In view of the above, similar benefit is extended to the petitioner herein also as has been extended by this Court in Matter U/A 227 No. 2660/2026 vide order dated
26.02.2026. The Executing Court is hereby directed to proceed with the Execution Case No. 59 of 2020 and decide the same in the light of the dictum of Hon'ble Apex Court within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
