JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 12-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the State . 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Dhamdaha P. S. Case No. 201 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita . 3 . As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of one Sintu Kumar by means of iron rod, as a result of which, he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature . 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute . Patna High Court CR. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that injury caused by this petitioner is grievous in nature .
