This Court by order dated 01.10.2026 had directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get the instruction from the Jalukbari Police Station as to Page No.# 2/2 whether any FIR has been lodged against the petitioner and when today the matter is called up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed an instruction furnished by the police personnel of Jalukbari Police Station on 09.10.2026 wherein it was stated that no case has been registered against the petitioner at Jalukbari Police Station. As such, the learned Counsel submits that the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed. The interim order dated 01.10.2026 also stands vacated.
