1. This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"A. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call all the relevant records for appointment of regular/rural outlet (Petrol Pump) dealerships for state highway no. 05 towards left side of Chhuikhadan, within 3 Kilometer from the office of the CSEB Gandai gate of village - Kopebhatha, Tehsil - Gandai, Distt. Khairagarh - Chhuikhadan - Gandai, (C.G.), from the office of respondent no. 1 to 11.
3 B. That, this Hon'ble High may kindly be pleased to cancel the selection of respondent no. 12 for appointment of regular/ rural outlet (Petrol Pump) dealerships for state highway no. 05 towards left side of Chhuikhadan, within 3 Kilometer from the office of the CSEB Gandai gate of village - Kopebhatha, Tehsil - Gandai, Distt. Khairagarh - Chhuikhadan - Gandai, (C.G.). C. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass an order to the effect that erroring officers are punished according to the law & rules made thereunder. D. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass an order to the effect that the Petitioner is provided with amount of compensation for exemplary unnecessary hardships suffered by him owing to the impugned act of party Respondents. E. Any other relief, which is this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted in favor of the Petitioner in the interest of justice."
2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. However, learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 8 informs that the petitioner is not participant in the subject allotment of petrol pump and participant has already filed WPC No.399/2026 which is pending
consideration before this Court, therefore, present petitioner has no locus to file present petition.
4. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the petition.
