JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER On 27.01.2026 the following order was passed: “Learned HCGP takes notice of all the respondents. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9685 WP No. 34540 of 2025 Learned Counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies of the petition along with Annexures on the learned HCGP. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for petitioner that despite the Assistant Commissioner passing an order on 04.07.2012 remanding the matter back to the Tahsildar, who is the Chairman of the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation to reconsider the application filed by the petitioner, no orders have been passed by the Tahsildar or the Committee, till date. Re-list this matter on 10.02.2026 to enable the learned HCGP to secure instructions from the respondent- Tahsildar as to whether the Application filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration after the remand order passed by the Assistant Commissioner.” 2. Copy of the endorsement dated 25.09.2025 has been served on the learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Since the application filed by the petitioner is said to have been rejected by issuance of the endorsement - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9685 WP No. 34540 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the endorsement in accordance with law. 4.
