Order 13/02/2026
1. The present bail applications have been filed by the accused- petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.53/2025 registered at Police Station Singhana, District Jhunjhunu, for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and they have
[2026:RJ-JP:7065] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2035/2026] nothing to do with the alleged offences. Learned counsel further submits that the accused-petitioner, namely Pradeep Kumar is not named in the FIR and the other co-accused person namely, Anju Kumari Greawal, has already been enlarged on bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.17047/2025 (Anju Kumari Greawal v. State of Rajasthan). Learned counsel also submits that there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioners and the case is triable by a Court of Magistrate.
Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are in custody since long time; no recovery is required to be made from the petitioners; charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter and trial will considerably take long time in its conclusion, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in custody, therefore, the benefit of bail under Section 483 B.N.S.S. may be granted to the accused-petitioners.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the
submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners hereinabove.
4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners, the fact that the case is triable by a Court of Magistrate, co-accused has already been enlarged on bail, charge-sheet has already been filed and trial will take considerably long time to conclude, thus, without commenting anything on the merits / demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
[2026:RJ-JP:7065] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2035/2026]
5. Therefore, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and the accused-petitioners, namely Pradeep Kumar S/o Rajendra & Somveer S/o Man Singh, are ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when they are called upon to do so.
