Admittedly on whatever ground the same have been dismissed, the said orders are appealable before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector. 3. Since there is a remedy of statutory appeal to the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority. The appellate authority will consider the same on merits and after hearing the parties concerned will passed a 2026:JHHC:17534 2 reasoned order. 4.
