Heard Mr. Agnivesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned A.P.P. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 150 of 2026, arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that two unknown miscreants had come to the shop of the son of the informant and sprayed him with bullets which resulted in his death. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of co- accused Pankaj Kumar Mandal who has already been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 1448 of 2025. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 06.05.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P., though has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant, but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 6. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 15.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 150 of 2026, arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025. 7.
