A copy of the chargesheet is filed is produced in the Court and the same is perused and it reveals that all the offences alleged are bailable in nature. In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and therefore, the same is disposed of, however, with a direction for the petitioner to appear/surrender before the learned J.M.F.C-II, Cuttack in connection with G.R.
