JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondent No.1-College to consider the representation dated 23rd March, 2026 (Annexure-B) and to permit the petitioner to write her final semester examination of Bachelor of Business Administration. 2. Heard Sri. Narendra S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. Sri. Narendra S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got 40% attendance as against 75% requirement as per the regulation of the respondent No.1-College. Learned counsel further submits that the shortage of attendance of the petitioner was neither willful nor deliberate, but due to the ill-health. In this regard, he invited the attention of the Court to Medical Certificate produced at Annexure-C and accordingly, sought for interference of this Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19514 WP NO.11363 OF 2026 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the minimum requirement of attendance as per the regulation of the respondent No.1-College is 75% to qualify for the examination. Taking into consideration the petitioner is studying Bachelor of Business Administration, which requires constant knowledge through attending the class regularly and that apart, as the petitioner had attended the classes for about only 40%, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in the academic matters.
