The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006, claiming the following reliefs:- “a. Allow the present writ appeal and set aside the impugned order dated 13.01.2026 (Annexure-A/1) passed in WPC No. 5801/2025, to the extent it directs reconstruction of the wall and permits continuation of the obstruction; b. Direct Respondent No. 5 to remove the wall/ obstruction completely and restore permanent, free and unobstructed access to the appellant’s godown; c. Direct the State authorities to ensure compliance with the above directions and to provide necessary protection so that access to the appellant’s godown is not obstructed in further; d. Pass such order/order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present writ appeal with liberty to approach before the learned Single Judge for redressal of his grievance. 3.
