Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filing the bail application, incorrect address of the petitioner has been mentioned in the cause-title as "resident of Village Jhali Ji Ka Barana, Police Station Gandoli, District Bundi" whereas correct address of the accused-petitioner is "resident of Village Karwala Ki Jhopdiya, Police Station Gandoli, District Bundi" as is evident from the rejection bail order passed by the learned Court below. Having regard to the submissions as well as averments made in the application, the application for correction is allowed.
