Hon’ble Shri Justice Sachin Singh Rajput Order on Board 30/01/2026 At the outset, learned counsel for respondents raised an objection with regard to maintainability of writ petition and submits that petitioners are having alternate efficacious remedy under Section 64 or Section 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013. 2. In view of the objection raised by learned counsel for respondents, after arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available to them under the law. 3.
