No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2. The Office report indicates that the order dated 13.01.2025 passed by this Court has not been complied with and no steps have been taken for doing the needful. 3. In spite of passing of more than a year of the aforesaid order, it has not been complied with. This appeal is lying pending before this Court since 2010, i.e., more than 15 years have passed thereafter. 4. In view of the above, the misc. appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 6.
