This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “a) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 02.07.2026 issued by the Respondent No 3. AND b) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.07.2026 issued by the Respondent No 2. AND c) Issue appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No 3 to consider the application for permission to admit students with 100 Seats for AY 2026-27 in accordance with NCISM ACT, 2020 and the This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Kumar Prashant, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 4. Mr. Animesh Kumar, states that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the second appeal of the petitioner expeditiously within 2 weeks from today. 5. I am of the view, the said request is reasonable as the counselling is to commence some time in September. 6. For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of granting 2 weeks to respondent No. 1 to decide the second appeal of the petitioner. 7. The appellate authority shall also consider the aspect of fresh inspection of the petitioner institute. 8. The Court has not examined the merits/demerits of the controversy raised in the present petition. Needless to add, the petitioner shall also be at liberty to avail of its rights in accordance with law against the Order if required.
