In this application, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVI-cum-Special Judge, NIA, Ranchi in Special NIA Case No. 03/2018, whereby and whereunder, the application preferred by the prosecuting agency under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been allowed.
3. Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned Spl. P.P.-NIA, at the outset, has submitted that 03 witnesses who were sought to be examined have already been examined and cross-examined and discharged. It has been submitted that defence evidence has also

been closed and 18.06.2026 is the next date for submission of the written notes of argument.
4. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that the trial has already concluded.
