Order On Board 30/01/2026
1. The petitioners are challenging the order dated 26.7.2019 (Annexure-P/1) by which they have been attached to the office of CSPDCL.
2. This Court by an interim order dated 13.8.2019 had stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 26.7.2019 (Annexure-P/1) in respect of the petitioners, as a result of which the petitioners are working in the original place of posting.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioners have already worked in the original place of posting for a period of 6 years on the strength of interim
order, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order dated 26.7.2019 (Annexure-P/1) deserves to be and is hereby set aside. However, the respondents would be at liberty to pass fresh order, in accordance with law, in case exigency so arises.
4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
