JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer :- "a) Issue a writ of certiorari, writ or direction by quashing the entire proceedings in LGC(P)No.442/2022 on the file of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court-CH-02, Bengaluru." 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2/Tahsildar has already filed a report dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10642-DB WP No. 38690 of 2025 02.06.2025 and requested the Land Grabbing Court to close the case against the petitioner. However, the Land Grabbing Court has not yet taken a final decision. 3. Considering the aforesaid fact, we request the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court, Bengaluru, to conclude the proceedings in LGC(P)No.442/2022 in accordance with the law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months. 4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. 5. In view of disposal of the petition, pending interim applications if any, do not survive for consideration, hence stand disposed of.
