Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CRL.M.A. 26366/2026(early hearing)
1. Petitioner seeks early hearing of the matter.
2. The next date in the present petition is 31.08.2026 and, though, there is no compelling reason to pre-pone the date of hearing, since the learned ASC for the State also appears, the matter has been taken up today itself.
3. The next date of 31.08.2026 stands cancelled.
4. At the very outset, learned ASC for the State submits that the present petition does not disclose that an application seeking monitoring of investigation has already been filed before the learned Trial Court and, virtually, a similar prayer has been made in the present petition.
5.
Learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, admits the abovesaid omission but submits that it was neither deliberate nor intentional. This is a digitally signed order.
