In support of this application, report dated 04.03.2026 has been filed. In such report, it is stated that the claim was admitted in a sum of Rs.6,25,142/-. It is also stated that the total receipt as on date from the estate is a sum of Rs.3,01,500/-. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.
