Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. By the present writ petition the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent authorities particularly the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24- Parganas or the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24-Parganas for grant of Post Graduate scale of pay to the petitioner in terms of his Post Graduate Qualification. 3. The petitioner contends that the petitioner joined as an Assistant Teacher in Chemistry (H/PG) in the year 2011 in Sundarban H.M.T.A. High Madrasah (HS), P.O.-Narabunia, District – North 24-Parganas on the basis of recommendation made by Madrasah Service Commission. After appointment, the petitioner approached the Madrasah Authority for permission to pursue his M.Sc. for the session 2017-19. On permission been granted by the Madrasah Authority, the petitioner completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry in October, 2020 on Distance Mode. The petitioner sought for higher scale of pay before the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Basirhat Sub- Division, North 24-Parganas on 14th July, 2021. However, subsequent thereto on an application of the petitioner he has been transferred to Chaltaberia High Madrasah (HS), Bhangar, South 24-Parganas where he joined on 6th August, 2022. 4. Mr. Robiul Islam, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has now been transferred to a separate district i.e. South 24- Parganas, he has to make a separate application before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas. He seeks liberty to make a fresh representation before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas for higher scale of pay. 5. Learned advocate for the State leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court. 6. In view of such submissions advanced by the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the respondent no.5, District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas seeking higher scale of pay within a period of two weeks from 2 the date of this order. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent no.5, District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas will consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 24732 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 11. There shall be no order as to costs. 12. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 13.
