In this writ application, the petitioners have prayed for a direction for reinvestigation of Jhinkpani P.S. Case No. 20/2010, Jhinkpani P.S. Case No. 06/2012 and Chaibasa (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.162/2021. It appears that the trial in two cases has been concluded and the petitioners have been convicted. Mr. Yogesh Modi, learned AC to AAG-IA, has submitted that the petitioners had preferred separate appeals and all those appeals have been dismissed by this Court. In view of the fact that the petitioners have already been convicted and their appeals have been dismissed, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made in the present application which accordingly stands dismissed.
