Grant such other further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to file fresh/new interlocutory application(s), which may be directed to be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law. 3.
