Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to press prayer (b) to (d) against defendant no.1, which are in the following terms:

2. The other prayers are withdrawn by the plaintiff.
3. The learned counsel for defendant no.1 submits that prayer (b) & (c) already stand satisfied. He further submits that the defendant no.1 does not oppose prayer (d) as sought in the plaint. It is consequently undertaken that the defendant no.1 shall not publish any further defamatory statement or allegation, in any form whatsoever, concerning the plaintiff, its parent This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the defendant no.1 undertakes, on instructions, that defendant No. 1 shall abide by the aforesaid statement.
5. In the circumstances, with the consent of the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned counsel for the defendant no.1, the present suit is
decreed in terms of prayer (b) – (d), qua the defendant no.1.
6. The remaining prayers qua the other defendant/s stand withdrawn.
7. The present suit stands decreed in the above terms. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
