Heard Mr. Mr. Satish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Govt, Advocate, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief(s):- "10.1 This Honorable Court should order the dissolution of "Shri Ram Welfare Society" and punish them for failing to comply with the order of the Honorable RERA Court. 10.2 This hon'ble court should take strict action against respondent Shrinivas khedia, Om Prakash Sharma and Mr. Vikas dhar for 3 creating thepublic nuisance as well as, this hon'ble court should punish the respondents, under Section 308 of the BNS, 2023 for blackmailing. 10.3 This hon'ble court should punish the respondents, Srinivas Khedia and Vikas DharUnder Section 356 of the B.N.S., 2023, for defamationin the crime of inhumane and humiliating treatment inflicted upon all the petitioners. 10.4 This Hon'ble court should punish the respondents under Section 229 of BNS for filing false cases in the lower court intentionally gave false evidence in a judicial proceeding. 10.5 This Hon'ble court may kindlyPass such other orders and/or grant such other reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the facts of the case in favor of the applicant and against the respondents." 3. After arguing for length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 4 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for in favour of the petitioners.
