The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 - Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk has failed to consider the representations given by the petitioner for entering his name in the revenue records pursuant to the judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli in O.S.No.244/2016 dated 02.03.2020. However learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the decree in a suit for partition having conferred rights in respect of the petitioner in terms of the decree is required to be registered before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar. 3. The submission of the learned High Court Government Pleader is upheld. The writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the decree passed in O.S.No.244/2016 registered in the Office of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar.
