No. 209/1, f an extent of Ac. 17.00 cents in Gramakantam, situated in Krishna Rajapuram Village, Seethanagaram Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District, pending in O.S. No. 172/2025 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bobbili and also the writ petition filed in W.P. No. 30610 of 2024 dated 21-12-2024, as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Articles 14, 19(1), 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. B. Rama Shankara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering in the civil dispute in O.S.No.172/2025 pending between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bobbili. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the PGRS complaint was given by the unofficial Respondent against the Petitioner, and the police acted only pursuant to such complaint. It is further submitted that the police have not interfered in the civil dispute. They acted solely to maintain law and order and to prevent breaches of peace, in compliance with directions from Superior Officers. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere henceforth 3 in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.5 without following due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ Dr.Y.
