Instant Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, alleging disobedience/ non-compliance of the order dated 29.11.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 3706/2012. 2. In view of an undisputed fact that parties have entered into re-marriage and thereafter the order of interim maintenance dated 29.11.2021 was passed in favour of wife, which has been vacated by this Court in Appeal No.3706/2012, hence, the issue of disobedience/non-compliance of that order comes to an end. 3.
