2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.107/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 331(4), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioners.

5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties for the same incident and it has been pointed out that both the sides have received injuries including the petitioners and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent except one criminal case for the same land dispute in which the petitioners have already been acquitted and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.107/2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
