The petitioner's Counsel submits that due to a typographical error in order dated 11.11.2025 passed in ACQA/760/2024, paragraph 1 incorrectly states "the respondent/accused has been acquitted of the charge for commission of the offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act" instead of "the respondent/accused has been acquitted of the charge for commission of offence under Section 37 & 40 of the Air Act, 1981 & Sections 15 & 16 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986". The Counsel requests that the petition for modification be allowed and the correction be made. 5. In view of the above submission and after perusal of the order, it is directed that in order dated 11.11.2025 passed in ACQA No. 760/2024 paragraph No.1 be read as follows:- “1. This acquittal appeal U/s 378(4) of the Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgment dated 22.09.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G.) in Complaint Case No.1367/2012 whereby, the respondent/accused has been acquitted of the charge for commission of offence under Sections 37 & 40 of the Air Act, 1981 & Sections 15 & 16 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986" 6.
