This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.902/2021, whereby directions were given to the petitioners to submit the representations before the respondents and the [2026:RJ-JP:12900] (2 of 2) [CCP-952/2025] respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation by a reasoned and speaking order. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that in compliance of order dated 14.08.2024, representations submitted by the petitioners have been decided vide order dated 13.03.2026 and copy thereof has also been served upon the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.03.2026 has not been decided by rightly appreciating the rights of the petitioners. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. This Court finds that vide order dated 14.08.2024, Co- ordinate Bench of this Court directed the State-respondents to decide the representations, filed by the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order and, since, the respondents have decided the representations vide order dated 13.03.2026. Therefore, there is no case for deliberate and wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents, hence, no contempt is made out. 6. In view of above, the present contempt petition, is hereby, dismissed. 7. Notices stand discharged. 8. It is made clear that mere dismissal of the present contempt petition would not preclude the petitioners from raising their grievances before appropriate forum of law against order dated 13.03.2026.
