1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to file fresh representation before respondent No.1 within a week for redressal of his grievances.
3. Learned cousnel for the respondents submit that if petitioner will file fresh representation, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
4. In that view of the matter, since petitioner wants to file fresh representation before respondent No.1, this Court does not find any reasonable ground to initiate the contempt proceeding against the respondent. However, the respondent/Authority is expected to decide such representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
5. The rule issued to the respondents is discharged and contempt proceeding is dropped.
