On 12.02.2026, also there was no representation. In fact, the respondents have never contacted or approached the petitioners’ house or plots Nos.34 and 35 which was issued to Smt.Marati Purnima W/o Venkaiah and Marati Savitramma W/o Srinivasulu. Further, the Tahsildar, Adoni, along with Village Revenue Officer inspected and found the plots to be vacant. Additionally, the Revenue Officials have not threatened to dispossess the petitioners from Plot Nos.34 ad 35. Since the petitioners are not present before this Court for hearing, this Court finds the statements made by the respondents to be true. Recording the submissions made in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
