JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 03/02/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, made a limited prayer that the respondent authority may be directed to decide the claim petition submitted by the petitioner under Clause 23 of the Tender Agreement, at the earliest. The petitioner is said to have submitted the claim petition on 03.06.2019 under Clause 23 of the Tender Agreement (Annexure- 2). Whenever any such claims are filed under the Tender Agree- ment, it is an obligatory duty of the concerned authority/ respondents to decide the same expeditiously. [2026:RJ-JP:5015] (2 of 2) [CW-2096/2026] Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the claim petition filed by the petitioner-firm on 03.06.2019, is still pending for adjudication by the Standing Committee of the respondent, the Court feels that it would be in the interest of justice to direct the respondent authority to decide the claim petition of the petitioner at the earli- est. Respondents are directed to decide the claim petition of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of submitting the certified copy of this Order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed off. In view of the order passed in the main petition the stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed off.
