By this appeal, the appellant/State assails the judgment and award dated 30.9.1994 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur in LAR No. 772/1990 which arises out of Lower Terna Project. 3. The learned AGP submits that this court decided the appeals filed by the original claimants arising out of the same project. 4. In view of the submission made above, the first appeal filed by the acquiring body cannot be considered on merits. Hence, the same is dismissed. Civil application, if any, also stands disposed of.
