The first petitioner would aver that on account of the accident that occurred on 06.02.2011, she lost her son. She would further aver that due to ill-health, she incurred continuous medical expenses and due to financial constraints, delay of 3347 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 4.
