It is stated that there is repeated seepage from the aforesaid flat into the flat of the petitioner. Photographs have been filed along with the petition showing the seepage inside the petitioner’s flat. 4. The petitioner lodged a complaint in this regard on the CM Jan Sunwai Portal on 3rd August 2026. Subsequently, the respondent/MCD issued a letter dated 11th August 2026 directing immediate bound repair to the respondent no.4.
