Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that SRK, J CrlP No.1132 of 2023 3 police completed investigation in the aforesaid crime and filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as SC/ST S.C.No.87 of 2023 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Kurnool, and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become in fructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised.
