As per the report, the missing girl Ms. “S.B.” is major and she has desired, before the Child Welfare Committee, to go with her mother. From the status report, we are satisfied that Ms. “S.B.” is not in illegal detention. Being major, she is at liberty to go wherever she wishes. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
