Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant. 2] This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the two applicants being applicant No.1 namely Jasmin Sultana and applicant No.2 namely Abdul Hai Ahmed, who are the writ petitioners Nos. 40 & 44 in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.4795/2024. 3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants being the writ petitioners Nos. 40 & 44 in WP(C) No.4795/2024 do not wish to pursue the said writ petition and therefore, they want their names to be deleted from the array of writ petitioners in WP(C) No.4795/2024. 4] Ms. P. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education does not object to the prayer made. 5] Accordingly, taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
