Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner’s application for transfer is pending consideration at the end of the school authority since September, 2022. 3. The petitioner presses for transfer. 4. It appears that considerable period of time has elapsed from the day the application for transfer was made. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh application offline in the prescribed format seeking transfer disclosing ground for the same. 6. The Head of the Institution is hereby directed to consider the said application in accordance with law and in the event the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then necessary steps shall be taken to forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application. 7. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 8. Suspension of the Utsashree portal shall not stand in the way of the respondents in taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished after completion of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.) 2
