These appeals have been filed by the appellant(s), challenging the Order dated 16.04.2026 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA at Delhi in the batch of appeals, including FPA- PMLA-2105/DLI/2024, titled Upendra Rai v. Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Delhi and FPA-PMLA-2104/ DLI/2024, titled Narendra Rai v. Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Delhi. 6. The learned counsels for the respondents, without prejudice to the rights and contentions, submit that they have no objection if the Impugned Order is set aside and the appeals are remanded before the learned Appellate Tribunal for a fresh adjudication. 7. Keeping in view the above concession, these appeals are allowed and the Impugned Order dated 16.04.2026 is set aside. The pending applications are disposed of. 8. We, however, make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claims of the parties and the appeals shall be decided by the learned Appellate Tribunal remaining uninfluenced by the present order. All the contentions of the parties shall remain open to be adjudicated before the learned Appellate Tribunal afresh. 9.
