The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022, registered under sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C and sections 47a, 47f of Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation of preparing spurious liquor has been made against the petitioner and the same was being prepared by one Rahul Kumar. He next submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on the suspicion. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that serious allegation of preparing spurious liquor is there’ against the petitioner and in view of that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner may kindly be rejected. 5. In the F.I.R it is stated that police has reached on the spot where the spurious liquor was being prepared. The petitioner is said to be Assistant in the liquor shop and allegations are there that he was also involved in preparation of spurious liquor. The empty bottles, coloured ( 2026:JHHC:17312 ) bottles, label of liquor have been recovered from the house of Bhola Master and the petitioner is said to be accomplice. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
