1. Mr. Rahul Verma, associate of Mr. Archit Bohra, learned Additional Government Counsel appears on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that controversy involved in the instant writ petition has already been
[2026:RJ-JP:10774] (2 of 2) [CW-4680/2026] decided by this Court in the case of Dr. Vivek Labana vs. State of Rajasthan & Others (S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2261/2026 & other connected matters decided on 09.03.2026).
3. In view of consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of in the same terms and with same directions as issued in the case of Dr. Vivek Labana (supra) and accordingly, the respondents are directed to relieve the petitioner latest by 18.03.2026 and thereafter, the petitioner shall also be allowed to join Senior Residentship course pursuant to allotment letter dated 10.03.2026.
4. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
