Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Khaga, Fatehpur to decide the application for temporary injunction, filed by the plaintiff-petitioner in Original Suit No. 240 of 2025 (Imran Ali Versus Gram Pradhan), in accordance with law, expeditiously, within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order without granting unnecessary adjournments subject to legal impediment.
