The fixation of pay by the University has not been approved, rather rejected by the State. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, since by the aforesaid order passed by this Court in writ jurisdiction, the respondents were directed to take a decision and since the decision has been taken, though against the petitioner, no contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. 6.
