The Petitioner, by means of this application has knocked the door of this Court with a prayer that his representation lying before the Opposite Party No.3, be directed to be considered. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner made an application for availing loan under PMEGP scheme. As per the requirement of the authority, he furnished the EDP training certificate on 28.02.2017. However, he has been denied the subsidy claimed by him. Against the aforesaid action of the authority, the Petitioner moved a representation though after a lapse of eight years. 4. Indeed, there is a delay in pursuing the cause by the Petitioner. However, having regard to the fact that the Petitioner is under the scheme of PMEGP loan, that apparently shows his financial condition. This Court, accordingly, feels it appropriate to give a reprieve to the Petitioner despite lapse of time enabling the representation pending before the authority dated 24.07.2024 needs be considered. This Court, therefore, directs the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the Senior Manager, UCO Bank, Baranga Branch, Cuttack to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and extant guidelines in respect to the subject scheme within a period of three (03) weeks. 5.
